To become a wholesale customer you need to place a first time minimum order of $500 dollars.
Fine jewelry and pewter categories are treated separately. That means, that if you are interested in our jewelry products, your first order will have to equal or exceed the monetary amount of $500 dollars at wholesale prices (about $1,000 dollars at retail prices) in fine jewelry products.
There are no minimum amounts required after your first order.

Why are price lists not included in your catalogs?
Not including prices in our catalogs allows you to download and print our catalog only once without having to continuously check back with us for up to date pricing. This may also help you present this catalog as your own by printing it, creating your own retail price list and showing it to your clients without actually having purchased any products from us.
Once you’ve determined what products you are interested in, you just have to contact us to get an accurate price quote.

Are all the products in your catalogs available for immediate purchase?
No. Not all products in our catalogs are available for immediate purchase. Some items might be out-of- stock and would have to be shipped to us or be manufactured at our workshops to fulfill your order.

How long does it take to order out-of-stock items?
When you request a quote, we will indicate which products and quantities are available for immediate shipping and which products are out-of-stock and what the approximate lead time on those products is. Depending of the quantities of out-of-stock products you desire, it may take up to 30 days to fulfill your order.

How do I get a quote?
You can get a quote by indicating what products and quantities you’d be interested in purchasing. You don’t need to provide full descriptions of items, providing the item numbers is sufficient. If you don’t live in the US, Canada or Puerto Rico, also provide your country and zip code or postal code where the items would be sent to. This will allow us give you an estimated shipping cost. Wholesale customers’ orders destined to the US, Canada and Puerto Rico ship at a standard rate of $4.99.

How do I place an order?
Place an order by confirming the quote we gave you (if applies), confirming shipping address, shipping method and submitting your payment. To complete the transaction, we’ll need you to provide us you’re your Tax ID number, VAT or Reseller’s Account Number. This information will be used by México & Venezia for tax preparation purposes only. Our customers’ privacy is important to us. We do not share or sell our customers' information to third parties.

What about import duties?
Import duties usually consist of a customs duty and a tax imposed by the country of destination. These fees vary from country to country as they depend on International Trade Agreements between the country of origin and the country of destination. What is your product guarantee?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to México & Venezia in its original condition within 10 days of receipt. Unless damage is obviously malicious, you will receive full refund, a credit or an exchange. We do not refund shipping and handling fees. Please contact us before returning the goods.
